The long High Street has listed timber-framed and brick cottages, with narrow doorways, low beams and tight staircases, and limited roadside parking. These are handled by hand with full protection, and larger items are dismantled where needed to get them out cleanly.
The rural properties and farmhouses out toward Laddingford and Nettlestead often sit along narrow lanes or long orchard driveways. Where a full-size van cannot reach the door, we confirm a turning point or run a smaller shuttle vehicle between the property and the main van.
We settle the vehicle, route, crew and parking plan at the survey, so the access is worked out before moving day rather than on it.

As early as you can, ideally four to six weeks, and longer for a larger property that also needs a full packing day. Friday and month-end completion dates and the summer are busiest, and we are often booked up, so the sooner you are in touch the better. If your sale is still progressing, we can hold a provisional date.
