Yes. Stranks operates vehicles of different sizes to suit every access situation. When you book a survey, mention any access restrictions and the team will confirm the right vehicle for your property before moving day.

Most furniture with drawers can be moved with the contents in place, though we recommend removing fragile items first. If a piece of furniture is too heavy to load safely with drawers in, the team will remove them and replace them once the piece is loaded on the vehicle.

Large picture frames, mirrors, TVs and oversized items are handled by the Stranks team using specially made boxes and materials. You do not need to source packaging for these yourself.

Yes. Stranks offers full packing, partial packing and fragile-only packing. Full packing means the team handles every item in the property. Stranks provides portable hanging wardrobes on every move. Your surveyor will assess the quantity needed at the survey, and the crew will bring them on moving day, fill them at your current address and empty them at your new home.

Yes. Stranks operates a 13,000 sq ft owned warehouse at the Ashford depot, holding up to 250 individual containers. Storage can be arranged for a few weeks or several months, and can be booked alongside a removal or as a standalone service. View storage options

Your belongings are loaded into an individual container in the Ashford warehouse. Your container is not shared with other customers' items.
